• To prepare your case for review by participating doctors.
• To generate AI-assisted summaries and consolidated guidance.
• To operate, secure, and improve the platform.
• To communicate with you about your consultations and account.

3. Sharing

Your case information is shared only with the doctors you select for your consultation and with service providers that help us operate UMD (for example, secure cloud storage and document processing). We do not sell your personal or medical information.

4. Data security & retention

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data, including encryption in transit. We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. You can also close your account at any time.

6. Not for emergencies

UMD is not an emergency service. For medical emergencies, call your local emergency services immediately.
